The types of ground conveyors produced by our factory mainly include:
(1) Plate conveyor: The plate conveyor mainly consists of chain plate device, driving device, rail frame, track, head wheel assembly and tail wheel assembly. It has the advantages of small footprint, safe operation and reliable use. This product has been widely used in some washing machines, refrigerators, air conditioners and automobile assembly, engineering machinery assembly and other industries.

(2) Roller conveyor:
Roller conveyors are conveyor equipment that is widely used in various industries. The device is simple in construction and easy to maintain and use. It is suitable for continuous conveying and accumulation of finished articles. With various auxiliary special machines, different process requirements (flip, transfer, branching, confluence, steering) of the workpiece on the production line can be completed.

(3) Ground push conveyor: Ground push conveyor is a conveying device that installs the whole machine (drive, tension, track, chain) under the ground. The transported workpiece is placed on the craft (carrying) trolley, and the craft trolley is pushed by the pusher or pusher trolley mounted on the traction chain to operate on the ground (or the track laid along the ground). This kind of conveyor is mostly used in various types of pipelines on the ground multi-station, to complete various process requirements (such as pre-treatment, painting, assembly, debugging, inspection, etc.) of the workpiece during operation.

(4) Sliding conveyor: The sliding conveyor is a storage and transportation equipment on the production line of welding, painting and final assembly in the automotive industry, which has been widely used in recent years. The roller bed fixed on the ground serves as a power source, and relies on the friction force to move the carcass placed above it; the workpiece to be transported is placed on the carcass. The “flexible transfer” during the transportation and transfer of the workpiece is realized. It eliminates the synchronous control problem that must be solved between other chain drive ground conveyors, and improves the reliability of the system work. The machine can realize special functions such as line translation, right angle turn, vertical lift, horizontal rotation and storage of the workpiece to be transported. Flexible wiring and strong production adaptability. The main equipment of the system: power roller, electric travel machine, rotary table, lift, unpowered roller bed, chain shift machine, single (double) chain conveyor. Among them, the chain conveyor adopts t=160 plate chain, and the ultimate tensile load is 160kN.
